Advocate Good Shepherd is an acute care hospital located in Barrington. In an effort to improve outcomes for a subset of high risk surgical patients, their Center for Health and Integrative Medicine will pilot and measure the effectiveness of services such as outpatient nutrition counseling, acupuncture/pressure, mindfulness and meditation, aromatherapy, body work, etc.
